London Bus

Save our Buses

SIGN THE PETITION!

Bus Operator Go-Ahead has given notice that they may not be able to keep operating several bus routes across South London to Transport for London (TfL) - putting the future of so many routes that local people rely on at risk.

According to reports published in The Times the impacted routes are: 80, 93, 151, 154, 155, 163, 164 and 470 from Sutton, Merton, Ellis Road and Stockwell garages.

Go-Ahead have blamed the rising cost of operating on the Labour government's misguided NICs tax hike. Labour made this mess, and now their Mayor should act to fix it.

The Liberal Democrats are campaigning to save these routes - and calling on the Mayor of London to act urgently to guarantee that these routes will not be scrapped.

Tell the Mayor of London: Don't let our buses go!

We, the undersigned, call on the Mayor of London to step in to guarantee that the bus routes currently operated by Go Ahead will not be scrapped if they cannot afford to continue to operate the routes.
