Stafford Road gets new yellow box junction

Your local Lib Dem team has worked with the council to install a new yellow box junction at the junction of Stafford Road, Plough Lane, and Mollison Drive.

Residents had raised concerns that traffic was blocking access from Plough Lane into Mollison Drive, even when the lights were green.

Following these complaints, the council proposed a yellow box junction – a solution backed by your Lib Dem team. The new markings have now been introduced, improving traffic flow and keeping the junction clear, especially during roadworks on Stafford Road.
