Hardworking Lib Dem team for Sutton elections celebrated

Bobby Dean, MP for Carshalton & Wallington, joined local Liberal Democrats at the Sutton local election campaign launch on 21 March 2026, kicking off the campaign to elect hard-working community champions across the borough.

The launch brought together candidates, councillors, members and volunteers from across Sutton, as the party set out its priorities for the weeks ahead – tackling the cost of living crisis, campaigning to extend St Helier’s A&E, keeping crime low, and taking action on the issues that matter most to people across the borough.

Bobby Dean MP said:

“It’s great to be out supporting our local election candidates in Sutton. They are hard-working local champions who know their communities inside out, listen to residents, and are focused on getting things done.”

Bobby thanked the volunteers who are out campaigning and encouraged residents to speak with candidates about the issues they want to see addressed.
