Stop police cuts

Over the last few years, Government cuts have forced police in London to make £600 million of savings, with £400 million more to come.

We have fantastic local police officers, but we are worried that these excessive cuts mean our local police will not have the resources to deal with key local priorities

Lib Dems want to increase community policing by investing an extra £300 million a year in local police forces.

We need more police presence on our streets – not less.

Sutton is consistently one of the safest boroughs in London and we need to keep it that way.

Back our campaign to stop police cuts:

I/we the undersigned call on the Government to stop cuts to our police and give them the funding they need
