Cllr Ruth Dombey, Lib Dem Leader of Sutton Council, said: "I am delighted to report that we have fully implemented our 2014 Manifesto, delivering for local residents.

"Our new manifesto shows that we remain ambitious for Sutton as a great place to live, work and raise a family.

The manifesto shows the scale of our ambition, for businesses, for the environment and for our young people. It shows our determination to build a better Sutton and ensure that every resident has the opportunity to get on in life.

"I urge you to read our manifesto and compare it with the other parties before casting your vote."

Some of our key priorities include:

  • Building new council homes
  • Expanding and building new schools to meet growing pupil numbers
  • Developing a flagship Dementia-friendly borough
  • Delivering a world-class London Cancer Hub campus
  • Keeping crime low
  • Becoming the top UK borough for recycling
